Kareen Calcagno Guerra is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Jefa de Comunicaciones Institucionales y Participación Ciudadana at Tesorería General de la República since January 2023. Previously, Kareen held the position of Subgerente de Gestión de Personas at Resiter from March 2022 to September 2022 and served as Directora Cuentas at CORPO Comunicaciones from May 2019 to March 2022. Notably, between March 2014 and March 2018, Kareen was Asesora de Comunicaciones for the Gabinete de la Subsecretaria de Evaluación Social at the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de Chile, where strategic communication plans were developed to enhance the Subsecretariat's positioning on significant social issues.
