Inga Balžekaitė-Šaulienė has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Inga started their career as a Vice President at Vilnius University Students' Representation, where they managed member turnover, created motivation and training systems, and organized cultural events. Inga then served as an Office Manager at the National Union of Students' Representations of Lithuania, coordinating staff work, recruiting employees, and organizing conferences and trainings.
Inga later worked as a General Manager at the newspaper "Studentu era" before joining the National Audit Office of Lithuania as a Human Resources Specialist. In this role, they coordinated employee performance evaluations, planned personnel trainings, executed public procurements, and managed new employee integration programs.
Inga then transitioned to Nestlé Baltics as an HR Specialist, before joining the European Commission and Debate Foundation for an experience abroad. In 2016, Inga joined Adform as an HR Business Partner, where they worked with the entire employee lifecycle, coached leaders, and drove talent management processes.
At Adform, they also held the role of Learning & Development Partner, where they shifted the training planning process to a data-driven approach, implemented an e-learning management platform, and conducted leadership and skills training for employees. Recently, Inga joined Tesonet as the Head of Learning & Development, where they have created training programs and trained over 3000 employees on various topics such as leadership development, feedback culture, time management, effective communication, and stress management.
Throughout their career, Inga has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, talent management, HR processes, and leadership training. Inga has a proven track record of creating and implementing successful training programs, leveraging methodologies such as DiSC, 5 Dysfunctions of the Team, Situational Leadership, and 5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership.
Inga Balžekaitė-Šaulienė holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Vilnius University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Inga further pursued their education at Vilnius Academy of Arts, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their university studies, they attended Ukmerge J. Basanavicius Gymnasium. Additionally, Inga has obtained certifications in DiSC® International from IPB Partners in 2020, French Language Studies from the French Institute in Lithuania in 2013, and Proficiency in English Communication from Aptech Limited, New Delhi, India in 2012.
