Weston Smallwood is a Senior Electronics Design Engineer at Tesla since January 2017, previously holding the position of Electronics Design Engineer. Prior experience includes an internship in iPad Hardware System Integration Engineering at Apple, where PCB schematic captures and board layouts were developed. As a Graduate Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology, Weston utilized a robotic blimp for reconstructing 2D light fields and optimized deposition processes as a Graduate Research Assistant. Additional experience includes designing instrumentation and controls circuits as an Electrical Engineering Intern at ENERCON Services. Weston holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Georgia Institute of Technology.
