Emanuel F. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in fiber optics and environmental engineering. Currently serving as an Engineer Coordinator at Excell Communications since April 2019, Emanuel F. coordinates site visits, analyzes utility records, designs fiber routes using AutoCAD, and develops engineering packages for landlord approval. Additionally, Emanuel F. holds the position of OSP Engineer at Tesinc, LLC, focusing on OSP facility research, construction plan development, and right of way permit applications. Previous experience includes environmental assessments at Zimmetry Environmental and inspections at WSP. Emanuel F. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
