Marco Trovesi serves as the Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer at �շ��������ϱ����鷡® - TESI SPA since May 2012, where responsibilities include driving people engagement and strategy at an international level while serving on the Executive Committee. Previous experience includes a role as Responsabile Organizzazione at Rai Pubblicità, overseeing business strategy alignment, and project coordination for the “Laboratorio Giovani” initiative in Sauze d'Oulx. Additionally, experiences include managing selection and training at Sipra S.p.A., providing consultancy for business models in the new economy, and working in change management at GE Capital. Marco Trovesi holds a Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale from Politecnico di Torino and has completed Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner training in project management.
