Alicia Reidy is a UX Research Operations Manager at Tesco since March 2022, focusing on simplifying UX processes to enhance user experiences and business outcomes. Alicia manages a UX Research repository, promotes user-centric practices, facilitates change management, and ensures GDPR compliance in UX operations. Previously, Alicia held various roles at MJV Innovation, including Global Growth Strategy Manager and Inside Sales and Marketing Manager, where relationship building and growth strategies were key responsibilities. Alicia co-founded RJ Languages, promoting English language education, and has experience in partnership development with UK Trade & Investment. Alicia also served as an Ambassador for Routes into Languages, advocating for language education. Alicia holds a BA in Modern Languages from Newcastle University.
