Katie Beck has a range of work experience in the accounting field. Katie started their career at ProctorU in 2012 as a Proctor, where they maintained the academic integrity of test takers and provided tech support and customer service. Katie then took on the role of Billing Coordinator, where they focused on accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, as well as reconciling accounts and assisting with financial statement preparation. In 2016, they became a Senior Accountant at ProctorU, before transitioning to the role of Accounting Supervisor at Meazure Learning in 2021. After their time at Meazure Learning, Katie joined Blokable as a Senior Accountant, gaining valuable experience before becoming an Accounting Manager at Tesco Controls in 2023.

Katie Beck started their education journey at Computer Tutor Business and Technical Institute in 2011, where they obtained an Accounting Clerk Certificate. Katie then attended Las Positas College from 2010 to 2016, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a focus in Leadership at Northcentral University from 2016 to 2021. Currently, Katie is completing their Master of Science in Accountancy at California State University-Sacramento, which they started in 2022 and is expected to finish in 2023.
