Ümit Özdemir

Global Head Of Data Visualization at tesa

Ümit Özdemir has worked in various roles related to data analysis and visualization. Ümit started their career at Beiersdorf in 2011 as a Junior Market Research Analyst and later moved on to become a Market Intelligence Analyst, where they focused on implementing processes for harmonizing global market and competitive intelligence data. In 2016, they became the Head of Global Marketing Analytics at Beiersdorf, where they led a team and was responsible for the department's operations. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Data & Advanced Analytics. Recently, they joined tesa as the Global Head of Data Visualization in 2023.

Ümit Özdemir completed their education from 2003 to 2009 at the University of Hamburg, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration). They also obtained a certification in "Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings" from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in the year 2022.
