Filippo Comelli is an experienced leader in project development and finance within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Executive VP of Project Development & Project Finance and previously as Vice President of International Business Development at Norsk Solar since December 2019, focusing on markets in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Maghreb Region, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America. Prior to this role, Filippo held the position of Head of International Business Development at Phelan Energy Group, where significant achievements included securing over 200 MW of solar projects and overseeing key aspects of project financing and development across diverse markets. Educational credentials include an MBA from emlyon business school, along with executive programs at prestigious institutions like the University of Oxford and The London School of Economics. Filippo's earlier experience includes project management at European Energy A/S, managing portfolios and reporting directly to the CEO.
