Paul Glass has extensive experience in sales and key account management. Paul is currently the Head of Sales and Key Account Management at Tersus since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Santia Asbestos Management Limited from December 2021 to October 2022. Paul also served as the Head of Key Accounts and Customer Risk Management at Santia Asbestos Management Limited from March 2020 to November 2021. Before joining Santia Asbestos Management Limited, Paul worked as a Key Account Manager and Principal Consultant at Santia Consulting Ltd from December 2015 to February 2020. Paul started their career at OHS Ltd in June 2012 as a Key Account Manager, where they managed key national contracts and was responsible for the compliance risk management of over 6000 properties. Paul also held positions as a Principal Consultant at Santia Consulting Ltd from 2010 to 2012 and as a Principal Consultant at Connaught compliance from 2007 to 2010. Paul began their career as an Operational/Project Manager at National Britannia in 2001.

Paul Glass earned an Honours Degree, BSc in Chemistry with Environmental Chemistry from Swansea University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they obtained a BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos from the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) in May 2003.
