David Candela has a strong background in finance and operations. David is currently working as the Director of Finance at Terryberry. Prior to that, they held various positions at Leggett & Platt, including Vice President of Finance for the Work Furniture Business Unit. In this role, they were responsible for leading financial activities and partnering with the global leadership team. Before that, David worked at Steelcase for many years, where they held positions such as Principal M&A Consultant, Director of Supply Chain, Vice President of Operations for the Vecta Division, and Director of Operations Finance. In these roles, they gained experience in M&A activity, supply chain management, and finance operations. Overall, David has a wealth of experience in finance and operations, with a focus on improving decision making, customer experience, and profitability.

David Candela has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. David also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Albion College.
