Ludovic Decourcelle has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Ludovic started their career in 1990 as a Manager at Bossard Consultants, where they worked until 1998. Ludovic then joined Gemini Consulting as a Principal, and later moved to Cap Gemini as a Principal as well. In 2002, they joined Bonduelle as an ERP Program Manager, and in 2007, they were promoted to the role of CIO, where they stayed until 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to Terrena as the Group CIO, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, Ludovic also had a short tenure as a Key Account Manager at ALTEN in 1994.

Ludovic Decourcelle has obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from CentraleSupélec.
