Nicolas Cirodde is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Directeur de la restauration at Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort since January 2016. Prior to this role, Nicolas held various positions at the same resort, including directeur adjoint de la restauration and directeur adjoint de la restauration en charge des conferences et banquets, and also served as Directeur Conférence et Banquet from December 2011 to December 2015. Nicolas completed a BTS in hotellerie restauration with a focus on culinary arts and table service from Lycée Hôtelier de La Rochelle between 1996 and 2001.
