Eugenia Bolla has a diverse work experience in various roles related to architecture and design. Eugenia is currently the CPO and Co-Founder of TerraViva, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to that, Eugenia worked as a freelance Architect and Interior Designer starting from February 2017.

From June 2015 to December 2019, they served as the Scientific Coordinator and Teaching Assistant for the TerraViva Workshop at Politecnico di Milano. During their time there, Eugenia worked closely with the directors Richard Ingersoll and Elisa C. Cattaneo.

Eugenia also worked at IBridge Engineering Consultancy LLC as a Project Architect and Interior Designer from May 2016 to February 2017, primarily handling architectural design, residential projects, interior design, competitions, 3D modelling, and graphic design. Most of the projects were located in Abu Dhabi and Masdar City, UAE.

Eugenia started their career at Pecam & BBOA as a Project Architect from March 2013 to September 2013, focusing on the development of large-scale residential projects for PRO. CRE. AR competitions in Argentina.

Prior to that, Eugenia worked as a Project and Design Assistant at ALCA Agence Ludovic Cochet Architect from June 2011 to November 2011, mainly involved in residential projects and refurbishment interventions located in Bordeaux. Eugenia'sresponsibilities included preparing graphic material and participating in the design process.

Eugenia's early work experience includes a role as a Competitions Project Assistant at Scape Architecture - Duncan Lewis from September 2010 to February 2011.
