Kimberly Van Gels Althage has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Kimberly currently serves as the Marketing Communications Manager at TerraSource Global since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Public Relations Manager at Gateway Classic Cars from 2021 to 2022, where they built media relations and conducted interviews with FoxTV and Digital-News.

From 2018 to 2021, Kimberly worked as a Marketing/Communications Consultant at Bee Fork Water Gardens, where they facilitated alliances with various organizations and wrote/edit copy for the company's website.

Kimberly also worked as a Marketing/Communications Specialist at Integrated Payroll Services (iPS) from 2006 to 2020, where they focused on expanding the customer base through lead generation and developing marketing content. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at AIME (Association for Interactive Media Education) from 2006 to 2009, assisting with funding and production of educational interactive media.

As an Independent Contractor from 2003 to 2008, Kimberly provided marketing consultation to various clients, including the Tenderloin Room and KayOss Designs. Kimberly guided clients in increasing brand equity and awareness through innovative marketing plans and social media presence.

In their earlier career, Kimberly worked as the Referral Network Director from 1990 to 2008, emphasizing the importance of referrals in promoting businesses. Kimberly also volunteered as a Researcher/Scriptwriter at Civil Pictures 501(c)(3) from 2003 to 2004, contributing to a documentary on the St. Louis, 1904 World's Fair.

Kimberly Van Gels Althage has a diverse education history. Kimberly obtained their Associate's degree from Saint Louis Community College-Meramec from 1990 to 1992. Kimberly then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications with a Media Literacy Emphasis from Webster University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Kimberly continued their education at Webster University, completing a Master's degree in Business Administration from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology from 1998 to 2001, and a Master of Arts degree in Media Communications with a Media Literacy Emphasis from the School of Communications from 1998 to 2000.

Additionally, Kimberly obtained a certification in "Creating Quick No-Code SharePoint Business Solutions with Composites" from lynda.com in July 2015.
