Katherine Steinberg

Katherine Steinberg has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Katherine is currently working at TerrAscend as an Enterprise Integration Manager, where they are responsible for driving corporate transformation, leading cross-functional teams in the integration of acquired businesses, and developing and implementing integration plans. Prior to TerrAscend, Katherine worked as a self-employed Cannabis & Culture Consultant. Katherine also had a significant tenure at Curaleaf, where they served as a Strategic Project Manager, Founding DE&I Steering Committee Leader, Program Manager & Data Analyst, Program Manager, Statewide Manager, Dispensary Operations Assistant Manager & Outreach Coordinator, Senior Dispensary Associate, and Dispensary Associate. Before this, they worked as a Regional Recruiter at Plymouth State University and as a Sexual Assault Advocate at CONTACT of Burlington County NJ. Katherine also gained experience as an Operations Analyst at Hay Group and as a Research Assistant at Drexel University.

Katherine Steinberg obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Culinary Arts from Drexel University, which they attended from 2011 to 2016. In addition, they have accumulated various certifications, including "Communicating with Empathy" and "Diverse Talent in Recruiting and Hiring" from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2022. Katherine also completed certifications such as "Project Management Foundations" and "Software Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in October 2022. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in "Project Management Foundations: Requirements" in August 2022 and "Project Management Foundations: Budgets" in July 2022. Prior to that, they achieved certifications in "Communicating with Confidence" and "Leading through Relationships" in June and May 2022, respectively. Katherine has also completed certifications in "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty," "Leading Change," "Motivating and Engaging Employees," and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" in April 2022.
