Tory Tebb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fire protection industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and focusing on business development at TerraPro Inc. since August 2023, Tory previously held the position of Managing Partner at Nor-West Firestop INC from September 2020 to July 2023, where the company specialized in comprehensive firestop solutions across western Canada. Prior to that, Tory founded Northern Firestop Solutions INC and served as its CEO from February 2008 to July 2020, establishing a reputation for expertise in passive fire protection. Tory’s career also includes a significant tenure as Chief Estimator at Adler Firestopping from 1994 to 2008. Tory Tebb graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) between 1998 and 2000.
