May Robertson, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Manager at TerraPower LLC since February 2022. Previously, May held the position of Global Tax Manager at Advanced Sterilization Products from October 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading the global direct tax function and overseeing tax compliance and process improvements for over 50 countries post-acquisition. Earlier experience includes roles as a Tax Manager at R.D. Barnett PLLC, focusing on client relations and tax return management, and as a Tax Specialist at The Hagen Firm, handling individual and entity tax returns. May also operated as a Tax Consultant, providing expertise in R&D tax credits and international tax compliance.
