Enrique Galindo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Terraphase Engineering Inc., a role held since June 2015, where coaching and developing leadership, including the Board of Directors and Principals, is a primary focus. Previously, from November 2006 to June 2015, Enrique was the Director of Human Resources at Environmental Science Associates, managing HR strategies across 14 offices nationwide and implementing comprehensive human capital strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Risley and Associates, advising venture capitalist firms and start-ups in the San Francisco/Bay Area from 2004 to 2006, as well as working as a Generalist at Lionakis from 2002 to 2004.
