Alice Hale Price has a diverse work experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Alice started their career as a Public Interest Energy Research Intern at the California Energy Commission in 2006, where they conducted research and analysis on energy production and usage methods and presented their findings to their supervisor. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as a Project Engineer at LFR / ARCADIS. In 2014, they joined Terraphase Engineering Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer, and later progressed to roles including Associate Engineer, Senior Associate Engineer, and finally Principal Engineer & Director of Bay Area Operations. Alice'swork at Terraphase Engineering Inc. involves overseeing operations, managing projects, and leading a team in the Bay Area.

Alice Hale Price completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended UC Santa Barbara from 2002 to 2004. Alice has additional certifications as an Envision Sustainability Professional from the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure, obtained in February 2019, and as a Registered Professional Engineer in California, obtained at an unspecified time.
