Renato Prodoximo has a diverse work experience in various companies. Renato started their career as an intern at Centro de Estudos Avançados em Economia Aplicada (CEPEA) in 2012 and later worked as an Analyst of Livestock Production Cost until 2019. At @Tech - Inovação Tecnológica para a Agropecuária, they served as a Business Intelligence Analyst, developing and monitoring market indicators and coordinating information collection. Renato also served as a Product Owner and Customer Success Manager, focusing on customer experience and relationship management. Renato then joined SolloAgro - ESALQ/USP as a Digital Marketing Consultant before joining TerraMagna, where they currently work as the Customer Success Operation Team Leader.
Renato Prodoximo completed their Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" from 2010 to 2017. Renato then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Agronomy, specializing in Soil and Plant Nutrition, from the same institution from 2020 to 2022.
In addition to their academic achievements, Renato Prodoximo has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Renato completed the "Financiamento Inteligente no Agronegócio" certification from IBDA - Instituto Brasileiro de Direito do Agronegócio in December 2021. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in "Curso Customer Success" and "Curso de Branding" from Rock University. In February 2019, they became an "Especialista em Produção de Conteúdo Web" from Rock University and completed the "Fundamentos da Experiência do Cliente" certification from Tracksale. Lastly, in March 2021, they obtained the "Service Hub Software Certified" certification from HubSpot Academy.
