Santiago Paz has a diverse work experience. Santiago worked at Terragene from 2019, where they started as an R&D Technical Specialist and later became the Head of Customer Experience. In their role, they were responsible for technical communication, client onboarding, model validation, and managing the company's cloud products. Before that, Santiago worked as a Medical Equipment Management Consultant at Autónomo in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Field Engineer at Driplan, where they gained experience in troubleshooting, repair, and verification of medical devices. Santiago also has experience as an Ad Honorem LIMS Project Assistant at Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos and as a Technical Specialist at Arkadia Vitroplantas S.R.L.

Santiago Paz completed their undergraduate studies at the Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos where they pursued a degree in Bioengineering. It is unclear when they started and finished this degree. Currently, they are attending the University of Buenos Aires where they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, specializing in the field of study of Artificial Intelligence.
