Jitendra (JT) Thakur, Ph.D., P.E., serves as a Principal and Geotechnical Department Manager at Terracon since June 2013, where responsibilities encompass planning subsurface exploration, analyzing soil characteristics, and designing foundation solutions for various infrastructures. Previous roles include Research Assistant at the University of Kansas, focusing on projects related to recycled asphalt pavement and soil improvement, and Lecturer at Kathmandu Engineering College, teaching a range of engineering subjects to undergraduate students. Jitendra holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) from the University of Kansas, along with a Bachelor of Engineering and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from institutions in Nepal.
