Brian DuChene is a seasoned professional in the fields of engineering and consulting, currently serving as a Principal and Senior Consultant at Terracon since February 2013. Brian specializes in various consulting services including property condition assessments, forensic investigations, and building envelope consulting, among others. Prior to Terracon, Brian worked as a self-employed Engineering and IAQ Consultant, and held key roles at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure and MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, where responsibilities included project management and office management. Brian began engineering career as an inspector and has developed expertise in areas such as indoor air quality, safety compliance, and life cycle cost analysis. Brian obtained a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida between 1982 and 1987.
