Christa Giordano (Vandivier) has over two decades of work experience in Human Resources. Christa started their career in 1996 as an HR Business Partner at Onyx Software. In 2005, they moved to Isilon Systems as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. Christa then worked as a Staffing Consultant at Intellectual Ventures from 2008 to 2020. Most recently, they have been the HR Manager at TerraClear Inc. since 2020.

Christa Giordano (Vandivier) attended Purdue University from 1990 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Retail Management.
