Shari Billops has worked in the technology industry for over 25 years. Shari began their career in 1992 as an Analyst at Hanford/Healy Asset Management Company. In 1995, they joined Terrace Consulting as an Architect/Engineer, where they worked on development, design, and implementation of several consultant-based projects. In 2002, they joined the County of Marin as a Senior Software Developer, where they designed and implemented content management systems for multiple departments and oversaw the migration to .NET. In 2004, they joined Esurance as a Senior Software Developer. In 2009, they joined JustAnswer as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on an MVC-based application to manage customized messaging. In 2012, they joined AtHoc as a Senior Platform Engineer. In 2013, they joined Practice Fusion as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the Electronic Medical Record system. In 2014, they joined Vevo as a Senior Developer. Finally, in 2015, they joined Terrace Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Principal Consultant and Principal Consultant, where they are the Lead Technical Resource for ongoing project administration and technical oversight and development.

Shari Billops obtained their B.A. in American History from San Francisco State University in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Terra Nova High School. Shari also holds several certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (2015), MS: Programming in C# (2015), MCSD: Azure Solutions Architect (2016), and MCSD: Web Applications (2015).
