Chetan Umale is a Cloud Engineer at TerraAlto, a RICOH Company, since December 2021. Prior to this role, Chetan served as an IT Infrastructure Engineer at permanent tsb from November 2019 to November 2021 and held a research internship at MaREI, where work focused on analyzing satellite images and buoy datasets to estimate ocean wave parameters. Previous experience includes positions as a Programmer Analyst and Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant from November 2016 to April 2018, where Chetan communicated with clients to gather user requirements and translated them into SQL queries. Chetan holds an MSc in Computing Science from University College Cork (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2012-2016).
