Arturo Santos-Martin, RA, is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. Currently serving at Terra since January 2023, Arturo previously held the role of Project Executive at CINCO DSC from March 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included establishing procedures for a start-up and managing comprehensive construction operations. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at McKissack, AECOM, and HAKS, where duties involved project administration, budget management, staffing, and coordination of design and construction services for major projects, including the NYCEDC Hunts Point contract. Arturo's career also includes founding CINCO DSC, providing design and management services, and significant tenure at LWDMR Architects, contributing to numerous large-scale architectural projects. Arturo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts in Architectural History and Criticism from Penn State University.
