David Westendorf has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, primarily with Terracon since June 1999, where roles have included Principal, Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Senior Associate, and Lab Technician/Field Technician/Coop Engineer. Additional experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2005 to May 2006 and as a CAD/GIS Operator in Facilities Management at the University of Toledo from September 2002 to May 2004. David Westendorf also gained practical experience as a Coop Engineer at Ulliman Schutte Construction in 2002, focusing on water treatment upgrades in Alexandria, Virginia, and held the position of Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Toledo in 2001. David Westendorf holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo. Education was completed at LaSalle High School before university studies.
