Sigurjon Kolbeins is an experienced professional in project management and customer success, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Tern Systems since September 2013. Previously, Sigurjon held various leadership roles including Director of Projects & Quality and Director of Project Management Office, focusing on implementing standards and continuous improvement in project management. Prior experience includes project management and Scrum Master roles at Arion Bank, consultancy at Opin Kerfi, and IT management positions at the City of Reykjavik and Coca-Cola companies. Sigurjon holds a Master of Project Management from Reykjavík University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution, along with a Diploma in Applied Computing.
