Zhao Liu has worked in various roles since 2010. Zhao started as a Financial Editor at the Economic Observer in 2010, then moved to Shanxi Jinshan Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. as a Pre-planning Manager in 2013. In 2017, they joined Savills as a Manager, and in 2021 they became the Deputy Director at Terminus Group.

Zhao Liu attended the University of Delaware from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they attended the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Management degree in Public Business Management.
