Faith Richmond has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Terminal. Prior to that, they were an Office Intern for Smile.io from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for North.

Faith Richmond obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Honours History with a minor in French Studies from the University of Waterloo in 2021. Additionally, in October 2016, they received a certification in TCPS 2: CORE - Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans Course on Research Ethics from the Canadian Panel on Research Ethics.
