Patricia Waterbury has over 25 years of diverse experience in accounting, management, and sales. Currently serving as the Accounting Controller at The Terminal Corporation since February 2017, Patricia has held positions including Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, and Accountant. Prior to this, Patricia worked at Chesapeake Beverage as an Accountant, where responsibilities included daily cash management and general ledger accounting. Patricia began their career at Arthur Bell (merged with Cohen & Company), analyzing commodity trader transactions and managing the tax department. Earlier roles include Property Manager at General Investment and Development, where a significant increase in occupancy and rents was achieved, and Director of Sales at Ocean Properties Ltd. Hotels & Resorts, contributing to a 20% increase in room sales. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University.
