Karen Dexter is a seasoned professional in the wine industry, currently serving as Regional Manager at Terlato Wines since September 2020. Prior experience includes key roles at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, where Karen held positions as Senior Field Sales Manager and Division Manager from March 2019 to August 2020, and previously as District Manager and Business Development Manager from March 2010 to November 2019. Karen's career began in the entertainment sector, working at Paramount Pictures as an Associate Producer on "Failure to Launch" and at The Walt Disney Company as a Managing Supervisor. With a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, Karen has a strong foundation in finance supported by earlier roles at KPMG Peat Marwick and Palomar Pictures.
