Amy Dugan holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Dance from California State University San Marcos. Currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at TERI Inc. since March 2022, Amy implements behavior intervention plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities in diverse environments. Previously, Amy worked at Intercare Therapy, Inc. in a similar role and held various positions in education and customer service, including Director of Children's Ministries at New Community Church of Vista and Head of Beverage Department at Cost Plus World Market. Amy's extensive experience spans behavior therapy, volunteer management, sales, and logistics coordination.
