Andrew Hobson has over two decades of experience in quality assurance and operations management, currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Terex Corporation since October 2016. Previous roles at Terex include Director of Operations and Operations Manager, as well as Lean Transformation Specialist. Prior to this, Andrew held various positions at Avery Dennison, including Enterprise Lean Sigma Project Leader and Supplier Quality Engineer, with a career that began at Qualex Inc. as Production/Distribution Manager. Andrew's foundational experience includes service in the United States Army Reserve as a Personnel Staff Manager. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ball State University.
