Avinoam Smotrich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, quality assurance, and production management. Currently serving as the Innovation R&D Lab Manager at Gan Shmuel Group, Avinoam also works as a Paramedic at Terem. Prior roles include Formulation Engineer and Extraction Process Developer at Cronos Group, and various positions at Herbs of Kedem, including Quality Engineer, Research and Development Manager, and Production Manager, overseeing production lines and logistics. Avinoam's expertise in phytochemistry and pharmaceuticals was further developed through roles at the Judea Regional R&D Center, where responsibilities included laboratory management and research activities.
