Sarla Sankar has a work experience spanning over several years in various companies. In 2007, they started their career as a Web Developer at Redfuze and worked until 2009. Afterwards, they joined Lenovo in 2010 as a Web Developer, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they started working at Connex info systems as a Software Engineer and continued until 2016. Currently, they are employed at Terawe Corporation as a Software Engineer, starting in 2016.

Sarla Sankar completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computers at A.P Residential School, Srisailam from 1999 to 2002. From 2004 to 2007, they pursued their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree at Osmania University, specializing in Computers. In 2019, Sarla obtained the MCSA: Web Applications certification from Microsoft.
