Guy Balmas has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Guy started their career as a DevOps Engineer at Bank Hapoalim in August 2020, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining groovy pipelines, libraries, and scripts. Guy also worked on Java SpringBoot applications in a microservices architecture. In this role, Guy provided guidance and assistance to clients facing issues with DevOps tools usage and CICD processes.

In March 2022, Guy became a DevOps Tech Lead at Bank Hapoalim. Guy took on the additional responsibility of providing technical support to clients in the areas of CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Helm, OCP, ArgoCD, and K8S. Guy excelled at detecting, investigating, and analyzing bugs while offering real-time solutions.

Starting from December 2022, Guy joined TeraSky as a Cloud Native Engineer. Their role includes working with cloud technologies and developing solutions for cloud-native environments.

Guy Balmas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Reichman University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including HashiCorp SE 101 from HashiCorp in October 2022, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2022, CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in November 2022, and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) from HashiCorp in September 2022.
