Alexander Yohananov has over 17 years of experience in software engineering. Alexander started their career at IP Gear in 2001, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2006. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at SAE Afikim as an Embedded Software Engineer, primarily focusing on developing a mobile diary management system and software for RFID transponders.

In 2008, Yohananov joined Surf Communication Solutions as a Software Engineer for one year. Following that, they worked at Rosslare Security from 2009 to 2012 as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, concentrating on designing and developing access control systems using Embedded Linux and C/C++.

In 2012, they joined Cybonet as a Senior Software Engineer, where they stayed for six years. During their time at Cybonet, Yohananov was responsible for designing and developing low latency multi-threaded packet inspection software and an agentless network monitoring solution.

Currently, they are working at Terafence since 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on the design and development of one-way transfer software over a data diode, including HTTP, SMTP, file transfer, and Modbus protocols.

Overall, Yohananov has a diverse background in software engineering, with a specialization in embedded systems, network monitoring, and cybersecurity.

Alexander Yohananov attended ORT Braude College Karmiel from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a degree in Practical Engineering with a focus on Programming.
