Felicia is responsible for developing and guiding Teradici's talent management philosophy, as well as shaping the organization's strategy for attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent. Felicia has 20 years of experience in high-tech human resources. Felicia joined Teradici in 2011, working with the leadership team on talent acquisition, employee development and engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness programs. Prior to joining Teradici, Felicia held HR leadership roles in the telecom organization of PMC-Sierra.
Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science with a Specialization in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta. She has a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHRTM) designation which is a nationally-recognized level of achievement within the field of human resources.
