Upadhi Vijay is a Staff Software Engineer at Terabase Energy since March 2021. Previously, they worked as a Research Associate at the University of California, Berkeley from January 2020 to December 2020. Their responsibilities included creating databases for cities, conducting spatio-temporal data analysis, building models, and quantifying key performance indicators. Upadhi also served as a Design Assistant and Graduate Student Instructor during their time at UC Berkeley. Prior to that, Upadhi was a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they worked on simulating urban heat island effects and optimizing energy distribution. Upadhi also has experience as a Business Analyst in Management Consulting at KPMG India, where they led blockchain-based projects and managed startup onboarding.

Upadhi Vijay completed their education in the field of Civil Engineering. Upadhi obtained a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, during the academic years 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering. Upadhi successfully completed their master's program in 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley in May 2020. In March 2020, they also acquired a certification in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from LinkedIn.
