Bastiaan Piksen has extensive experience in real estate development, currently serving as Adjunct-directeur, Hoofd Vastgoedontwikkeling, and Vastgoeddeveloppeur at Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed since March 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Projectmanager at Explorius Vastgoedontwikkeling B.V. and Projectcoördinator at Technicum Bouw & Civiel. Bastiaan began the career at Ter Steege Groep as a TopS Trainee, gaining diverse project experience through a structured training program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, complemented by training from NEPROM and earlier studies at ROC van Twente Almelo and CSG Reggesteyn Nijverdal.
