Katie Sterns has a diverse and extensive work experience. Katie is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Blyngz Luxury Technologies, Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Tompkins Ventures starting in 2022.

In 2017, Katie founded Share Local Love, Inc., where they served as the Founder and CEO. Katie successfully launched the brand "You Betcha! Box" and introduced over 100 small Minnesota food business brands to the market.

From 2019 to 2023, Katie was the Founder and CEO of Mesamore, a tech platform connecting artisan food and beverage makers with local food lovers.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Katie worked as a Consultant at Winning Students LLC from 2017 to 2018. Katie also founded GRASP, a grassroots non-profit aimed at addressing the unique needs of learners in St. Paul's PK-12 school system from 2009 to 2016.

In 2004, Katie founded Showcase Stagers LLC, Minnesota's first real estate merchandising and home staging firm. Katie oversaw multiple projects and achieved significant over-asking prices and reduced time-on-market sales goals.

Katie started their career as a Computer Sales Associate at SGI in 1999, where they excelled as a salesperson in high-end computer technology. Katie also worked at the State of Minnesota as an Executive Director from 1996 to 1999, where they led the development of the iSEEK internet tech platform.

In 1990, Katie worked as a Regional Sales Lead at Karaoke Entertainment, where they launched sales of entertainment technology systems and trained bar/restaurant owners on successful marketing and Emceeing of karaoke entertainment programs.
