He graduated from Middle East Technical University civil engineering department in 1992. In 2015, he completed the Executive MBA program at Bilkent University Business School and the Global Competitiveness Strategies program at the University of Michigan, and in 2017 at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to Understand Global Markets: "Macroeconomics for Managers". M. Vedat KÖSE, who started his career at Tepe Construction Industry Inc. in 2001, has worked as Production Manager, Technical Office Chief, Project Manager and Project Coordinator in infrastructure, superstructure and industrial structures in Turkey and Azerbaijan. From February 2016 to May 2019, he worked as Deputy General Manager for Domestic Projects. As of May 2019, he has been working as a Project Director for Contracting Projects.
