Penny R. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Penny currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Tenzo, where they lead the Customer Success team and collaborates with the tech team to implement new features and product changes. Prior to this role, Penny served as the Customer Success Director at Tenzo, where they managed the onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal experience for global customers. Penny has also co-founded Paired, worked as a General Manager at Husky, and held roles at Onfido, including Client Service Lead and Director of Operations. At Onfido, their responsibilities included managing a global client services team, developing performance tracking metrics, overseeing outsourcing partner relationships, and managing workspace setup and cost optimization. Before joining Onfido, Penny worked as the Operations Director at Hassle.com, where they played a key role in growing the operations team, enhancing customer experience, and establishing partnerships with other start-ups. Their work at Hassle.com also involved data-driven decision making, collaboration with product, design, and tech teams, and delivering features to meet business KPIs. Penny began their career as a Management Consultant at Accenture.

Penny R. obtained a 1st class BA Hons degree in Modern European History from the University of Exeter, attending from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust in July 2021.
