Joe Elizondo is a seasoned technical recruiter with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as a Technology Talent Magnet at Tentek, Inc. since March 1996. In this role, Joe partners with key organizational leaders including VPs of Engineering and Talent Acquisition to fulfill staffing needs for fast-growing companies. Previously, Joe worked as a Strategic Advisory Consultant at SHIFT Legal Corp from January 2013 to January 2020, providing business strategy advice and guidance on recruiting practices, as well as offering personal coaching services. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 1992 and 1997.
