Kelsey O'Connell has worked in the accounting and assurance fields since 2016. Kelsey began their career as an Assurance Summer Intern at EY in 2016. In 2018, they were promoted to Assurance Senior at EY. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Tentarix Biotherapeutics, Inc. as an Accounting Manager.

Kelsey O'Connell attended UC Santa Barbara from 2013 to 2017 and Torrey Pines High School from 2009 to 2013.
