Nguyen Ho Dieu Phuong is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business law, database development, and startup consulting. Currently serving as a Database Developer at Amorelegal since April 2020, Nguyen focuses on organizing data from legal documents to enhance legal workflows. As the Founder of PN FIRM, Nguyen has been providing business law services in Vietnam since 2009, specializing in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and Vietnamese. Additionally, Nguyen is an active researcher with the TensorFlow User Group and a Startup Member at The Dallas Entrepreneur Center. Previous roles include Associate positions at Rajah & Tann and LCT Lawyers, with experience across various legal practice areas, and a Seconded Associate role at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Iowa, a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Vietnam National University, and participation in several specialized programs, including a Startup Mechanism course at Y Combinator.
