Rick Lytle has worked in the medical technology and healthcare service industry for over 25 years. From 1994 to 2000, they held various Sales & Marketing Management positions at Stryker Sage, a privately held innovator of disposable infection control medical products. In 2000, they became the President of the EMEA Medical Business Unit at Covidien, now Medtronic, and held multiple Vice President and Director positions. From 2012 to 2015, they were the CEO of Alpha Source Group, a medical equipment manufacturing and repair services group of Baird Capital portfolio companies, where they grew revenue 4X and completed 5 M&A transactions. From 2015 to 2018, they were the CEO of HISKY Medical U.S., a PE-owned Liver Disease Ultrasound Imaging start-up. In 2020, they became the Board Director of Tenacore, a Centerfield Capital & Courtney Group PE portfolio company, and the EVP/Global GM, Urology & GI at LABORIE. In 2022, they became the Board Director of Tensentric. Throughout their career, Rick Lytle has developed private equity investment theses, advised early stage and mid-market operating company executives, and added pre and post-transaction value as investor, executive manager, and active board member.
Rick Lytle attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. Rick then pursued Executive Education programs in General Management, Strategy, and International Human Resources at the University of London, Babson College, and the University of Chicago.
